Youth fitness, built for real kids

Get them off the bench and onto the field.

Rise and Grind runs camps, birthday parties, and PE classes that turn shy sideliners into kids who ask for one more round. No cuts, no bench time, no kid left standing around.

Three ways to work with us

Pick a lane, or run all three — the games, coaches, and gear travel with us.

Camps

Break camp

Full-day and half-day camps for school breaks and summer. Kids rotate through sport skills, obstacle courses, and team games led by coaches who actually like eight-year-olds.

  • Ages 5–12
  • Half-day or full-day
  • Weekly themes
Birthday Parties

Grind birthdays

We bring the equipment, the games, and a coach who runs the party so parents don't have to. Book your backyard, a park, or our gym — we set up around you.

  • 90 or 120 minutes
  • Up to 20 kids
  • You pick the games
PE Classes

Noble PE

Standards-aligned physical education for schools and homeschool co-ops. Weekly sessions build coordination, teamwork, and confidence — with progress notes for teachers.

  • Weekly, in-term
  • K–8 curriculum
  • Teacher progress notes

Built by coaches who got picked last.

Rise and Grind started because too many kids sat out gym class waiting for a turn that never came. Every session we run is built around one rule: nobody watches from the sideline.

01

Small groups, real reps

We cap groups so every kid touches the ball, runs the drill, and gets coached — not just supervised.

02

Coaches, not chaperones

Every coach is background-checked, first-aid certified, and trained to run a session solo.

03

Games that scale down and up

The same drill flexes for a shy first-timer and the kid who's already picked a sport — nobody's bored, nobody's lost.

What families and schools say

My son used to dread gym day. Two weeks into their PE program and he's the one reminding me it's Tuesday.

Dana R. — parent, Lincoln Elementary

They ran my daughter's 8th birthday and I didn't have to set up a single cone. Twenty kids, zero meltdowns.

Marcus T. — parent

We booked Rise and Grind for spring break camp three years running. Same coaches show up, which the kids notice and love.

Priya S. — camp director
